Just in time for Black Music Month in June, Estelle is releasing her sixth album. The Grammy Award-winning British artist rose to prominence in 2008 with the smash hit “American Boy” featuring Kanye West.

“Stay Alta,” her latest offering, draws influences from connoisseurs Soul II Soul, Loose Ends, Beverley Knight, Mica Paris, as well as iconic figures like Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones, Stevie Wonder, Bill Withers, and Roberta Flack.
“This album was born out of a period of deep reflection and realignment, where I had to get really honest about what brings me peace, what lifts me up, and what I’m no longer willing to carry,” says Estelle whose success includes six studio albums, three Billboard Hot 100 hits, and three MOBO Awards (Music of Black Origin).

The West London native who is the host of Apple Music’s “The Estelle Show,” can also add acting to her list of credentials with appearances in Fox’s “Empire,” “Girl’s Trip” and “Netflix’s “Fatal Affair.”
